Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule

All purchases are final. Refunds are only processed in specific cases outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted when:

  • Coupon has not been redeemed and has not expired
  • The e-coupon was never delivered
  • There was a payment system error (e.g. duplicate charge)

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to redeem the coupon before expiry
  • Missed appointments or customer no-shows without informing

3. Refund Procedure

Submit refund request to support@akaruiskin.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Reason and proof (if applicable)

Conditions:

  • Must be submitted within 5 calendar days of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued to your original credit card in 7–14 business days upon approval
