1. About Our Services

At AkaruiSkin, we offer a range of professional haircare services tailored to individual needs, including Gloss & Shine Toner Treatments, Scalp Detox & Revitalization Treatments, Permanent Waves & Curl Enhancements, Men’s Grooming & Precision Cuts, and Children’s Luxury Haircuts.

As every service is customized and time is specifically reserved for each client, payments are generally non-refundable, except in certain situations mentioned below.

2. Policy on Completed Treatments

  • Once your haircare service has been carried out, we are unable to offer refunds
  • Results may differ for each individual based on hair type, condition, and aftercare, and therefore cannot be guaranteed

3. Appointment Deposits

Any deposit paid to confirm a booking is non-refundable .

However, deposits can:

  • Be moved to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed notice period
  • Be forfeited in case of late cancellation or failure to attend the appointment

4. When Refunds May Apply

Refunds are only considered in limited cases:

  • If the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period and not rescheduled
  • If we are unable to provide the haircare service due to unexpected circumstances
  • If a duplicate or incorrect payment has been made

All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.

5. Health Disclosure

  • Clients must inform us about any scalp conditions, allergies, or hair concerns before their appointment
  • We cannot take responsibility for reactions if this information is not shared beforehand
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction unless there is clear evidence of a service-related issue

6. Treatment Suitability

If, during consultation and before starting the service, a treatment is found to be unsuitable, we may:

  • Suggest a more appropriate alternative
  • Provide a refund or credit depending on the situation

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be returned through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
  • The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider

8. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

  • Arriving late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
  • Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refunds

9. Updates to This Policy

AkaruiSkin may revise this policy at any time, and any updates will take effect immediately once published.
