1. General Rule
All purchases are final. Refunds are only processed in specific cases outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted when:
- Coupon has not been redeemed and has not expired
- The e-coupon was never delivered
- There was a payment system error (e.g. duplicate charge)
Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to redeem the coupon before expiry
- Missed appointments or customer no-shows without informing
3. Refund Procedure
Submit refund request to support@akaruiskin.com with:
- Full name
- Order ID
- Reason and proof (if applicable)
Conditions:
- Must be submitted within 5 calendar days of purchase
- Refunds will be issued to your original credit card in 7–14 business days upon approval
