At AkaruiSkin, we offer professional haircare services that are carried out in person at our location. As these are appointment-based services, “delivery” refers to how your booking is scheduled and completed.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Your booking is only considered final after confirmation and any required payment has been received

3. How Services Are Provided

All haircare services are performed in person at our premises unless stated otherwise:

  • Your service will take place on the scheduled date and time
  • The duration of each session may vary depending on the service and your individual hair requirements

4. Arrival Guidelines

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their appointment time to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Late arrivals may lead to reduced service time or rescheduling

This helps us avoid delays for other clients.

5. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • We will do our best to offer a new time that suits you, depending on availability

6. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice:

  • Your deposit may be forfeited
  • You may be charged partially or in full for the booked service

7. Availability of Services

All bookings depend on staff availability, equipment, and appointment slots.

We may need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

  • Operational requirements
  • Staff unavailability
  • Equipment issues or maintenance
  • Unexpected circumstances

If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

8. Pre-Treatment Requirements

To ensure your safety and the best results:

  • You may be asked to complete a consultation or share relevant hair or scalp information before your service
  • Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in changes to or cancellation of the service

9. Aftercare

  • After your service, we may provide aftercare instructions to help maintain results
  • Outcomes may vary depending on your hair condition and how well aftercare is followed
