By accessing and using Akaruiskin.com ("we", "our", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the purchase and redemption of e-coupons for aesthetic services available at physical locations.

2. Nature of Business

We offer an online platform for purchasing prepaid service vouchers (e-coupons). After payment, the e-coupon is delivered to your email and can be redeemed at a listed physical store for your chosen aesthetic treatment.

3. Use of E-Coupons

• E-coupons are valid only for the specific service selected and only at the designated store(s).
• To redeem your service at a listed store, please ensure you book your appointment in advance. You may conveniently schedule your slot through our “Contact Us” page.
• E-coupons are valid for 14 days from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise.
• Customers must present the digital coupon.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

• E-coupons are non-refundable once redeemed.
• Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be resold or bartered.

5. Appointment & Redemption Policy

• Booking instructions are included in your e-coupon.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may lead to shortened or cancelled sessions.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of your e-coupon.

6. Payment Policy

• (No bank transfers, cash payments, or e-wallets are supported at this time.)

Currency conversions are based on your credit card provider’s rate at the time of transaction. We do not apply additional FX or service fees.

Secure Payment Processing

• We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Transaction Confirmation

1. You will receive a payment receipt.
2. You will receive the e-coupon in a separate email.

7. Disclaimer

• All claims regarding poor service must be directed to us within 48 hours after the service.
• We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
• By proceeding with a purchase, you accept full responsibility for communicating allergies, conditions, or sensitivities to the outlet prior to service.
• Our platform does not operate on a subscription basis. No future payments will be taken automatically after checkout.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
